Your responsibilities:
- Professional preparation of the entire restaurant
- Responsibility for a smooth service and operational process
- Receiving, greeting and placing guests at the table
- Support for the daily à la carte business
- If required, administrative activities such as bookings, cash closing, duty schedule creation and staff planning.
- Induction of new employees
- Develop ideas for the further development of the team and the gastronomic concept
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship as a restaurant or hotel specialist
- First professional experience in a comparable position in the gastronomy
- Independent and structured way of working as well as a high service orientation
- Enjoyment of your job and constant interest in contributing your creativity
- Good manners and a positive charisma
- Clean, well-groomed and exemplary appearance
- Very good communication skills and confident appearance
- Reliability, ability to work in a team, resilience, discretion and loyalty
